Robert ("Bob") Jones is a nationally recognized labor and employment law attorney, mediator, and expert witness.

 

Bob is the former Acting California State Labor Commissioner and State Deputy Secretary, Special Counsel for the Labor and Workforce Development Agency, (California's Department of Labor).  As such, he was responsible for the enforcement activities of all the Divisions of the Agency, including the operation of the Office of the Labor Commissioner, Cal/OSHA, and the State Economic and Employment Enforcement Coalition.

 

With over 40 years’ experience as a labor negotiator and civil litigator representing both employees and employers, mediator, and court qualified expert, Bob now exclusively provides mediation and expert services to law firms and their clients.
