Expert Testimony

Bob Jones is an internationally recognized expert witness in all areas of California wage and hour law.  As former acting California State Labor Commissioner and Deputy Secretary, Special Counsel for the California Labor and Workforce Development Agency (California’s Department of Labor), Bob regularly provides expert testimony and consulting to many local and national law firms and their clients.

 

As a wage and hour law enforcement expert, Bob has testified as a court qualified expert witness in court and arbitration trials throughout California.  Bob has also provided deposition testimony and declarations in numerous cases on employment law issues and related damages, including the following:

Rates:

 

All expert work is billed on an hourly basis plus reasonable expenses incurred for travel.  Hours worked in providing deposition and trial testimony are billed at higher hourly rates.
